FAQ

The FAQ section is used for customers to easily find answers to common queries and frequently asked questions.

Additionally, the section helps in organizing lengthy information under blocks that users can expand or collapse as needed.

How to add FAQ section

Quick Start Guide


  1. Access the Theme Editor: Navigate to `Online Store > Themes > Customize`.
  2. Add a Section: Click on `Add section` and select the desired section from the list of available sections.
  3. Customize Your Section: Adjust the settings such as display type, alignment, and visibility according to your preferences.

General section settings

Within this section, you'll find common settings like section headers, containers, visibility options, and color settings that are consistent across all sections. For more detailed information on these shared settings, please refer to the Common settings between all sections article.

Sidebar Settings

  • Sidebar Heading: Add a heading for the sidebar.
  • Sidebar Text: Include text or links in the sidebar.
  • Sidebar Alignment: Adjust the alignment of sidebar content (desktop and mobile).
  • Sidebar Position: Choose between left or right sidebar positioning.

Color Settings

  • Section Color Scheme: Set the overall color scheme of the FAQ section.
  • Sidebar Color Scheme: Customize the color scheme of the sidebar.

Block Settings

  • Category Block: Use this block to group related FAQs into categories. Set the category title and add a description for the category.
  • Tab Block (FAQ): Each tab represents a question and its answer. Input the FAQ question in the question heading and provide a detailed answer using rich text for the answer text.
