What is the Contact page?
The Contact page provides a dedicated space for customers to easily reach out to you via contact form. It also provides customers with essential contact information, such as email addresses, phone numbers, facilitating easy communication with the merchant. Additionally, features like FAQs and map sections help visitors find information quickly, including addresses, making it easier to connect with your business.

How to set up the Contact page
- Access the Theme Editor: Navigate to `
Online Store > Themes > Customize`
. - Select a page: Click on `
Pages`
from the dropdown at the top of the theme editor and select the desired page from the list of available pages. - Customize Your Page: On the left side of the screen, set up your desired sections on the page according to your preferences.

Default theme sections for Contact page
The Balance theme comes with default sections such as Contact Form, FAQ and Map for this page. You have the flexibility to add, remove, or customize any section from the theme section list based on your preferences.

FAQs
Where do I see the emails?
Emails will go to your email address as added in the Shopify admin area, in Settings > Notifications > Sender email.
Why am I not receiving emails?
The sending out of emails is controlled by Shopify, and this is almost certainly not an issue with the theme. Try these steps in order to resolve the problem:
1. Check your spam or junk email folder. Sometimes emails from contact forms can end up in your spam or junk email folder.
2. Check your email settings: Make sure your email settings are configured correctly in your Shopify store.
3. Check your email provider's settings.
